I am not a trainer or a nutritionist. I am just your average mid 40’s woman, just like you, struggling to stay healthy and fashionable for our age range. In this blog I will share recipes, fashion tips, my workouts ( and struggles doing them) and fun family ways I stay in shape.
I have my own Life Coaching business, Coach For Happiness. I am an author of a monthly column that appears in a newspaper that reaches 12,000 readers in 6 different towns.
I also have a full time job and working out and eating healthy isn’t always easy, I know! I want to share my struggles and successes with you and to hear back from you about yours as well.
